Even after making complaint with the service provider, no action has been taken. It has become a big harassment to me. This is a begging request to please do something about this.

Fewer times not even my collegues, we are receiving the calls from no. +91 8527197329 from delhi getting details of the credit / debit card on pretext of giving offer from the company (fraud Name). They generaly asks for Credit/ Debit Card No. , Expiry Date, Date of Birth, Name on Card & CVV No. with address if any for offer to validate and sent to you. They are cheating, many of persons. The lady asks for all details on pretext of confirming the offer for you, with different banks. Will take all details and in last will say “You’ll receive a message from your Bank” and definately the message will show “The Rs___________Amount has been debited from your credit/ debit card.”
Please arrange to take a serious note of this and try to find these culprits who are defrauding many of innocent people. I have given here the details to make many person aware of these frauds going on, the number is currently working as I have been called on 26/05/2014. Please take action immediately to find this culprits and put them behind bars.

WHEN I STARTED QUESTIONING HIM, HE STARTED TELLING BAD WORDS. THIS PHONE NO. IS STILL ACTIVE, WHEN I SCEARCHED THIS NUMBER ON INTERNET IT SHOWS THAT THE SIM IS PURCHASED FROM CHENNAI AND IS CURRENTLY ACTIVE IN PATNA, BIHAR.
I WANT POLICE TO CATCH THIS CRIMINAL AND PUT HIM BEHIND BARS AS SOON AS POSSIBLE BEFORE HE FOOLS ANY INNOCENT PERSON.

A Lady started telling me that I have been nominated for a Master Card beneficiary discount card of Rs 40,000, with many free vouchers . Then she transfers the call to her senior …..here he ask you to go through his IVR and book the bill by giving your card details……here I argued with him that How I can Give details on anyone’s IVR other than bank? he forcefully telling me that IVR is Authorised by RBI, he started using bad words with me then And cut the call.
Please consider this complaint and take action on those fraud companies…….!

I want to alert everyone also want to lodge a complaint against a caller who called me on 11/12/2014 Name: Manisha Rajput Mobile No: 08595118492 at 3:43pm told she is speaking from ICICI Information centre head office at Mumbai. She has called up & told me that the redeem points in my ICICI cards has got expired but she will help out to redeem it by some gifts at my residential address for that she needs verification personally so she told can tell my first 4 digits & last 4 digits of my 12 digit credit card and wanted to record my voice for other numbers. Initially I did not suspect gave her my numbers of my credit cards but the moment she asked is it high value or low value which can be confirmed from the numbers at the back of the credit card which is 7 digit or 3 digit as per her clarification. yhis grew suspicion and immediately my better sense prevailed and called ICICI Customer Care and told them about it, they replied it was a fake call and requested them to cancel my credit card which was done promptly. So I wanted to know how can I lodge a complaint against this fraudster so that nobody other should fall prey to this idiots.
this is a fraud telephonic caller, told me he was calling form bank and asked about my credit card details verification for replacing the card. When he asked for OTP it clarified it was fake call. I did not share my OTP and blocked my card immediately. plz veryfly this person and take some good action so that he will not be able to trouble anybody else.

A phone call from a random no. +91- 7761965034 at 8.00 pm on 16.03.2015 claiming to be calling from head office SBI Delhi (head office SBI is Mumbai), called on my phone asking for debit card details and told that he will renew it as it is due to expire because of some technical reasons. I’ve got a call from +91 7503793608 last evening on which a lady (Neha) asked me for if I’ve taken any policy or not, she also told me that she is talking Government body of insurance council and is here to help me with the policy terms and conditions.
Again, today morning I got a call from Mr. Vishal (+91 8010514634) and he told me that he is talking to with the reference of Ms. Neha and here to help me with my policy terms with Aegon Religare money back policy.
Then, he told me that all the information which has been provided by my Aegon Religare was false and I’m going to have a 100% loss in this policy. Then, he ask me to surrender the policy as I’ve paid one premium only till date. and ask me to buy some other policy which would ensure the profit including covering the loss which I’m getting in Aegon Religare policy.
Please take some strict action against this kind of fake calls as they’re not only ruining the name of Government body of Insurance council but also, can cause a great loss to someone.

I told him I want to give your number to police and immediately the call was disconnected.

I got Call on 31st oct 2015 from 9599068386 this no, he told “we are calling from SBI credit card department and your reward point has been expired and we will give you option for this reward to 1 Lotto Shoe and one couple holiday tour voucher and one track t shirt for this for this we will swipe amount 8492 from your card and asked my ccv no and expire date and opt password. After that i got call one Delhi number, and she asked my shoe size and track size . after that i got another call and she told for this is welcome call .
then After 4 days (4-oct-2015) got another call , he told we are calling from ViSA Master department and the previous call is fraud call we will reverse your amount and he asked again my card details and swipes same 8492 amount. again he told your otp is expired again we will send you new otp and he swiped 8392 amount in card.

I got a fake call from 9534429155 today. He informed me that he is calling from SBP Bandra. He said that my ATM Card got blocked and asking me to provide my Aadhar Number & PAN Number to unblock the ATM. The calls look to be from airtel since I (from Indore resident) made a complaint on 20 Nov 2015 informing that my mobile number 9981484117 of their service got removed the balance it had on 10 Nov 2015 of about Rs 598 while I was at Tsukuba, Japan even when I did not make any call or receive any call from anybody and also net connection balance was also available. In addition, when I was at Delhi also my recharge for Rs 100 was suddenly lost after making two calls for about 5 minutes together. The airtel customer care official told that it shall be fixed within 24 hr and a call shall come accordingly to inform me about the reason why it happened. I re-complained on 23 Nov 2015 for the same. This time another personal told that he sent the information to their IT section and inform me accordingly. Today, I got a call from number(9599206703), which i searched, it belongs to Delhi and the girl asked me to share my Credit Card number and Credit Card Expiry Date to credit some refund to my credit card. So I shared my Credit Card number, card expiry date, then she asked me to share my Credit Card CVV Number as well but I didn’t and asked her why she need CVV number on this she simply disconneted the phone and after that I tried to call that Mobile Number but was constantly Switched Off.

I’ve a complaint against two numbers-9693936775/7654784858. This number belongs to same guy I guess. He called me saying that my SBI account and ATM card is blocked since I didn’t submit KYC. Later this person asked me my ATM card no and then said I got an OTP message, saying that he’ll activate my bank account and ATM card and tried to make a transaction of 5k from my account. I declined to share my OTP with him. Later he said this is the available balance in my account and the rest is deducted by income tax department. I said that this is a fraud call don’t call me again and disconnected. He called again after 5 minutes and started swearing me in a very indecent manner.
I hope you take the necessary action against this guy/team.

Today I got a call from a lady from 9211707397 stating that Banks have stopped giving Reward Points and have started giving 20% Discount on all purchases made on Credit Cards you hold. To avail this facility, I need not have to pay any amount and it is Free of Cost. The only thing I need to do is to provide them my Credit Card details viz. 16 Digits No, Start and End dates and the PIN No printed on the back of the Credit Card.
I refused to provide my Card details and told her that I receive the call again, I would lodge a complaint with the Police. The lady did not call again however I felt to lodge a Police complaint so that many innocent people will not be cheated.

This is to inform you that i received a call on 19th March,2016 Saturday (7:46:19 AM) from a ATM service representative saying that your ATM has been blocked so kindly share the ATM number to renew the same. I realized that the same is a fraud call and I inquired and questioned about the same so he started saying abusive language and the call was dropped.

Today I have received a call from +918877608542 and he is claiming he his Manager from SBI and share my card details. When I refused to do so he started using slangs. Please take action on this. They might trap other innocent persons.

I got a call from +91 7366915220 number.
The guy pretended to be SBI official and started talking threatening to seal my account and money because my Aadhar is not linked.
He asked my Adhar number and card number with ccv and PIN number which I denied to provide and hence he started abusive language to threaten me more.
I cut the call and reported the same to SBI customer care on which they asked for the number from which I got a call but did not assure me if they would be taking any action.
Moreover, when I asked what if still want to block my card as I have provided card number, though not the pin and any other information. They said our system are not working correctly right now and please give us a callback in one or two hours. This carelessness and ignorance will give all the time to fraudsrer to steal money and do unknown transactions.
Highly disappointed!
I have also asked buddy cop immediately to check on the said number so that quick action can at least create some kind of fear in such people, however, buddy cop did not bother at all about it.

लगातार अलग-अलग नंबर से और अलग-अलग दिन बैंक अधिकारी बनकर,मुझ से बैंक से सम्बंधित जानकारी मांग रहा हैं जैसे की ATM card आपका expiry हो गया इसलिए आप एटीएम कॉर्ड no बताये जो 16 digit का हैं और अपना PIN no मैं activate कर देता हूं लेकिन मैंने कुछ भी नहीं बताये पर तीनो मोबाइल का लोकेशन सर Bihar बता रहा है।और बैंक अधिकारी की जानकारी पूछने पर ATM हेल्पलाइन kota rajasthan बता रहा हैं।मुझे जिस मोबाइल नंबर पे फ्रॉड कॉल्स आ रहा है वो किसी भी बैंकिंग सेवा से Link-up नहीं है।मैं चाहता हूँ कि सर ऐसे लोगो को ठोश से ठोश सजा मिले जिससे की आगे ये किसी और के साथ क्राइम या फालतू कॉल करके परेशान न कर सके।

They are telling that they are calling from Max Newyork Policy complaint centre, and for service tax you have to provide card details etc….

Today at 9.19 AM I received a fake call from number +91 7361017326. The person on the other side said he is calling from bank & my ATM will be blocked. When I asked from which bank he is calling he said ” Madam apka ATM kis bank ka hai ap nahi jaante hain kya jo humse pooch rahe hain, aur apna ATM band nahi karana na apko”, then I was sure that it’s a fake call & immediately I disconnected the call. The person was totally illiterate as he was communicating totally in a poor Hindi Language making sure he was not from any Bank authority. I would request to trace out the number and take immediate action so they cannot make misuse of the money of the genuine people. I had complete idea about such fake calls but there are many people who are innocent & they can be trapped easily.

I am regular customer of SBI and i have three account in SBI bank.
Just now I have received fake call from this number. +919534109541 who is asking about my SBI card expiry date and 16 digit number.
I was alert and try to track him by asking cross question related to my branch and other. Finally I have shouted on him that your are fake that i know so he diconnect the call.
I received a fraud call asking for SBI credit card details on 7/5/2018 at 2:09pm. The caller, a female, claiming to be calling from SBI card center, was asking about my SBI credit card details. The call was from: +91-9205769989. Please take appropriate measure and hunt down the scammer and bring her to justice. Hope this complaint is worth submitting.
I have 9135793478 got call and asked for my SBI ATM card number and also export date. 8 doubt him in first incident because he called me today (Sunday) and his statement was your card is going to expire but i know its not expiring. Is there any way to do something so he may take as a session and not to try to do frodgery in future .

A man on a phone and he is asking me My SBI ATM CARD details then i suddenly i got that is fake call and then i asked whom you are calling and from where ? then he told me that he will block my atm card i told ok you can go ahead then he suddenly cut his phone call .
please take some necessary action against this phone no , even i try to find the telecom company provider this no on web but i could’t get .

I got a call from +917079915532 today (Oct 8th, 2018) at 06:17 pm approximately, saying that he is Gautam, who is asking about my debit card number by saying that your card is block. If you want to continue your card you have to give me your debit card number and adhaar card number. When I said that from which bank and branch you call he hesitate and abused me.
Please my request to you that punish such kind of person.

I got a call from this number 6290582543 today and they asked me about my debit card details. I suddenly felt that this a fraud call. I asked them where are you from and they said they work for SIB bank and they are from Mumbai Belapur area. Even their Hindi and English tone was not proper. I suspected them and told them you guys are fake. Then cut my call. I tried to call them back, they ignored. At last time they picked my call and started abusing me. Please take an action against these people.
