dear sir/madam,
i have a reliance cdma mobile no.(9312215225)from last 10 years , 9 days ago we got phone call fro reliance customer care about converting this no. in 3G. we accept their scheme of converting 2G CDMA sim into 3G gsm . after 2 days sales executive of reliance communication come at our office and collect documents (ID proof and photos). but we dont receive any simcard , on 17-6-2012 service of cdma sim also disconnect. now our no. is completely disconnected, we regular complained in reliance office and reliance nodal officer, but we dont get any solution. without this no. we face many problems in business and personal also. we got much loss in this. and daily we have to face many problems. please solve our problem . we will be very thankfull to you.
