complaint about costomer care representative

dear sir,
My name is sanjay gaikwad and my cell no is 9850944162.
I called your representative for my network consection he not dealing properly
and without any information he blocked my simcard.Hence I called again to them they told me submitte your papers with Rs.25/-so my question is that when i am not requested to block my card then why i am punished for this.I am connected with idea from last 6 years so i am not accepted from idea like this so you are requested to start my card immediately,and take any action to those
who are not able to talk properly with customers.
