Name of company/service: Sony Ericsson
Sir I have given my mobile on 23 of july 2012 to the sercive center of sony ericsson located in Hazratganj Lucknow.
Till date I have not receive my cell phone.
everytime I call service center they ask for 2-3 more dayz and then no reply and then I called xperia helpline of sony ericsson they said I will receive my cell phone in 3 working days and still not have received my cell phone.
and now they are asking for the one week more.
