I bought a Blackberry 8520 in the month of august 2011.It was having a warranty of 18 months.I was facing the problem of software in the month of may ,I submitted my handset to the authorized service center Redintion India Ltd lajpat nagar on 16 may 2012.They repaired my handset on the same day .Then again I was agin facing the same problem with a new problem that my optical track pad was not working ,I agin submitted my hanset to the authorized service center Redintion India Ltd Lajpat Nagar on 13th of july 2012.They told me that to get the handset after two weeks .I called him after two weeks they told me that the handset can not be repaired due to there is liquid inside .but i got the receiving receipt that has mentioned that if there will be liquid inside they will repair the handset by getting the payment of Rs 220.This is to request you kindly take a action against the same.
