i have ordered online redtape shoes from the redtape website for which i have already make payment through debit card.i have ordered on 17 july 2012 but till now i didnt receive as i live in lucknow it hardly takes two days from noida to reach lucknow .i have lodged many complaints to redtape but they didnt respond .

i request you to take some serious action against them so that
