Name of company/service: Airtel
I purchased a new Airtel postpaid connection on 21 May 2012 and the number is 9910902071. Basically it was a corporate connection so the Airtel executive came in my office and took my all the related documents and said that, after 2-3 days I will deliver the sim card, but he didn’t do that and when I called him than he didn’t even pick my call. After that I made a call in Airtel complaint number to permanent disconnect this number then customer care executive register my complain n said that the number will be deactivated permanently within a 24 hours.
But after few days I got the bill of the number-9910902071, than again I complained in Airtel customer care regarding the bill and sim card, but every time Airtel customer care executive gave me the wrong information and when i told him to gave his senior number than he gave me the wrong number and said it’s our head Vikrant number.
After all this foolishness I went to Airtel postpaid office to sought out my problem and I did that, but after 2 days I got so many calls from Airtel office to continue that number and feel sorry for all trouble which is given by Airtel to me. And also promise me to wave off my first bill and give me the 100 -100rs free talk value for three months.
At last I agreed to continue that number, next day executive came in my office and again took my documents and gave me the sim card and said that this sim card will be activated in 24 to 48 hours. But when that sim card was activated than I came to know that it’s another number sim card, when I enquired that number, than it was register for another person.
Now again, for last 2 week I tried to complain regarding this problem but there is nobody to solve my dam problem. i know that, i did a blunder to purchase a Airtel Postpaid connection.
