I had purchased Voltas company’s AC on 14/03/2011 from Prithvi Electronics, supela Bhilai (CG), but since then it is not working at all. I had made several complaints but no action has been taken from concerned of Voltas Company, some of my complaints are bearing No. 12MR1002360 dated 29/02/2012 and No 12MR1702504 dated 17/03/2012.
One technician from Voltas Company was attended the fault but the problem is still exist. After unsuccessfully attending the aforesaid problem by the technician one more problem of water falling has been started. In this connection one more complaint was made on 25/04/12 vide complaint No. 12AP2506106 and since then I have continuous approaching the generals of Voltas Company naming Shri Ravi and Shri Rishi, Sr Executive as well as Mr. Vinod on Phone No. 07714033886 & Mr. Sanjay Ingale, Manager Voltas Company having Mobile No. 8889848887. Assurance is used to given me on every conversation from their side but no action has been taken by them to till date.
In this connection it is mentioned that a complaint mail was sent on e-mail id [email protected] of Voltas Company on 10.05.2012 submitting all the above said problems and facts stating to solve problem within 7 days otherwise legal complaint will be made against them in consumer forum, but result is vain. Further mentioned that eventhough the complaint was made in the warranty period but due to the negligence of the generals of Voltas Company warranty period has been ended.
Therefore it is requested that kindly do the needful in this case to take me out from mental harassment, so that I can be turn me towards my duties.
