I have purchased a new symphony STORM 70E cooler ,Its swings stopped working with in a weak of purchasing.I registered a complaint and their worker found that swing stand is broken .
He said that they will replace it in 5-7 days but now approx 10 days are passed and i m calling them regularly but they are not paying any attention. They always say like,We will send a man today,Your component is just arrived and your problem will get solved by today.
Please help me to resolve this,I hope you will pay attention to this as soon as possible.
