Complain of Reliance regarding dedution of my account balance.

Dear Sir,

I am Sachin Sethi from Sirsa ,Haryana. But now i am putting up in Faridabad. I am using Reliance GSM Sim card in my mobile. From last 7-8 days , reliance is deducting my balance 5-10 RS/daily, without any reason i.e. without any activation of Plan. And i don”t get any message of reliance regarding deducting of my balance. And whenever i try to make call to reliance custmer care, they don’t give me the satisfactory answer and don’t refund my balance . So you are kindly requested to take a Stirct action against Reliance. So that they don’t disturb me anymore.
