Subject :- Complaint regarding window AC.
Respected Sir,
My name is Sandhya Roy. My address is 225/1,G.T.Road (North) Ghusuri Howrah -711107. I would like to infom you that i buying two Hitachi window AC to Khoshla electronics Howrah at 15/05/2012. He delivered me the products 16/05/2012. They installed my AC 18/05/2012. Problem started 25/05/2012 in one machine. I given to complain against the problem at khoshla electronics 26/05/2012. Then two Hitachi service man came into me at 05/06/2012. He said to me machine fan motor is not working and that’s why your machine has not working now. He told me day after tomorrow your problem will be solved . But still i faced the problem. Every day i call service center they reply me in this evening your problem will be solved. But no body is attend in my house everyday. Today’s morning i call service center he told me too many bad languages. They are told me no body will attend my house. They are every day telling lies. Thats why i launched a complaint.
Please solve my problem. Because my husband is heart patients and thats why i purchased AC. Please see my problem & solve my problem as soon as possible.
