Complain regarding my dead broadband from last 1 month

hello sir,
from last 15-20 days i frequently complaint about my dead reliance broadband. every day i call in the customer care and they say today we’ll solve your problem but there is no serious action taken from your local operator.one of the worker of your local operator told me that “Complaint anywhere you want but i am not fixed your problem”.
this is very strange behavior from a well known company.

I hope you take some serious action regarding this issue.

I am suffering a lot from my dead connection.and this issue is from last 1 month.
so, please take some serious action on my complain.
