Dear Sir, this complain is regarding one of the online shopping company named Deals & You in which they have highlighted high discount on a Mobile phone named Black Berry -9630-Tour which i have ordered online with the facility of Cash on delivery but after getting deliver the product i found that product has some problem which i have already informed them through online mail but till date i haven’t received any positive revert from them they are just pulling time rather than to resolve my problem, today i have discussed with one of the service centre of Black bery and got the information that black berry (9630-Tour)set that it is not a genuine set same is a CDMA set made for Reliance connection only and said company (Deals& you)has sold it after braking their lock. Request you to please look in to the matter and help me to get the new set or compensation regarding problem suffered me alot.
