complain regarding balance transfer

on 17 may 2012 i had booked a balance transfer from my sbi credit card account to hdfc credit card for the amount of rs.27500, the executive who booked it was mr. rinku ram. i had clearly mentioned that the cheque has to be delivered directly to the hdfc bank he told me ok it will be done and it will take one weeks time. my due date in hdfc was 27 may nad it was to be paid before it.on 28 may i got a call from hdfc informing that we have not received your amount and now there will be late fees charges which has to be incurred by me till 27 june, at the same time i called sbi customer care there they informed me that it has been delivered it to mr. vikas in my office. on tha same day i lodged a complaint to sbi and told them that if hdfc puts late fees charges on me then you people will have to pay that amount.then i traced my balance transfer cheque and had deposited to hdfc bank till the time my new bill was generated in which they have charged me rs1776.38 as late fees and finance charge from 7 june i am repestedly calling sbi that i want to talk to your supervisor but every time they just avoid and replied that your request has been registerd our supervisor will call you but they had not called me.from last one month i am calling them but its of no use…on 23 rd mr. rajneesh had a talk and he told me that yes its our mistake and we will pay for it i told him that my last date for this charges is 27 june he told me that i will call you on 26 but till the time i have not received any call from him…..its very disappointing…i am mentally harassed by him and his customer care executives and have not received any resolution from there side and whenever i call them they always reply that mr. rajneesh is not available. why he is not there when the office timimngs are 8 am to 8 pm. on 9 june i have written an email to mr. kalra, miss dhody, i hav alredy sent them by mail to both of them. i emailed to [email protected], [email protected]… to there personal email id but there no reponse from there side… and lastly on 26 june i had to pay the late fees charges…please look into the matter and kindly provide a proper solution and please refund my amount.
