I purchased a Hitachi split unit 1.2 ton from Golden Refrigeration Co, Kolkata. When it was installed, gas leaked and refilled after installation within 15 days by the dealer last year.
In this season, I make Complain for no cooling on 04.05.2012 then after 5-6 days the technician came and told me that there is no gas and we have to check it thoroughly, so we have to take it to our workshop and ultimately, they had taken both indoor and outdoor unit and they installed it again on 25.05.2012 and told me that now your machine is ok and you have to pay me an amount of Rs. 3360/-and I paid the same but after 7 days the same problem occurs and I again complained on 07.06.2012 . After repeated reminders to the Hitachi complaint no 07930414747, I got only assurance that technician will contact you very soon, we are making the reminder/urgent reminder but till today there is no any response from the Hitachi service centre. I have noted some customer care officers name for your ready reference Ms. Matrina talked with her on 16.06.2012, Mr. Hardik on 18.06.2012, Ms. Suti on 18.06.2012.
Full summer season has been passed without A.C as because of your poor & worst after sales service.
I hope that you will look into the matter seriously and try to solve my problem without any further delay.
