Subject:- Regarding poor quality service and harassment by Reliance Communication ltd.
I Dr Krishan Mehra is a Central Govt. Employee. I am working as Sr. Divisional Medical Officer in Railway (Selection Grade) and living in Govt Accomodation H. no. 243/5C, Railway Officer Encalve Panchkuian Road , C.P. New Delhi 110001. I am entitle for Data card for broadband facility for using it for official/personnel use. I purchase a Netconnect+ Datacard from Reliance after an SMS on mobile phone no 9717630505. I asked the person to give me detail weather your network is available at my residence where he deliver the Data Card . He assure me that there is not any problem of connectivity at this place. After two three days a call come from the Reliance company and they without telling me the detail of the connectivity and the speed. He keepon talking on phone and ask me that do you understand the term and condition bill plan etc. At that time i was in the hospitla and i request him to call me later on or send your your representative to give me the Demo and also check the connectivity. After that they start my Netconnect at their on. They never send the person for Demo which they promise for. They send me my post paid bill after few days which i paid. when i try to use the Data card i found that its connectivity was not good at my residence. I went to there customer care Center at Outer Circle on cannaught Place they told me to bring the datacard at there shop and we will not visit to home. When I told them that there is very poor connectivity at my home you have to check it at my home but they refused to attend at home. I tried to contact the person who sold that Datacard but not able to contact him also. In between one month more passed and they send me again a bill of Data Card which was not used in between. Then again I went same customer care center at Outer Circle on cannaught. I told them that this Datacard is not working at my residence and you are sending me the bill. They said that you have to deposit the bill and then we can look into the matter. I ask them that this is not working then why should I pay for it. Better you disconnect it I am not willing to continue because of poor connectivity. Then they told me that for disconnection you have to pay the bill. Then I agree to pay the bill and I deposited the bill in the same Customer Care center. Then I give them an application to close my account as I am not willing to continue, but they refuse to acknowledge my letter. They told me that you have send email the address given by then for disconnection. Then I email my request to disconnect the Datacard service.
After that I have no communication with them. After a gap of about three four month I received a call from somebody claiming to legal person from Reliance Company that you have been issued a summon as a case has been filed against you as you have not paid your bill of your datacard of reliance company. Then I told that I am not using any datacard at present and I have already requested through email on reliance communication to disconnect my post paid data card service and if there is any bill pending you please send to me.
After a gap of three four month I received a call from the same company from a lady calling and claiming to be from reliance company and again threaten me for the same for legal battle and non-bailable warrant will be issued against you and you have to pay fees of lawyer etc.
My complain against Reliance Communication is
1. I purchase the Data Card from reliance company for better service and I spent Rs. 1200 on Datacard and there after paid two bill without using it ( which can be checked from its usage ) and not getting the service which they promise.
2. As I have already given my request to discontinue the service on [email protected] and [email protected]>
I am giving detail of the email sent to reliance communication as below.

4. Kindly issue necessary instruction to Reliance Communication not to harsh me. If any dues pending please inform me. Also check the complain given by me as I stated above that without using Datacard as can be checked from the Datacard detail.
Kindly register my complain against the Reliance Communication and do the justice.
