i bought a pair of shoes for my husband from dunlop,bata on 24/08/2014 M.R.P 900.00 with a discount of 30% with an assurance of if any complaint occur within one month it will be exchanged.but when within one week it became totally damaged repeted complain, even to their main office at gurgaon, also become in-vein.

Despite raising above 4 complaints and mailed 10 times with bank statement and shared 3 times bank details and calling your customer serviced more than 10 times, you guys are not issuing the refund, Nitesh Ajmera is one of the most irresponsible person i came across, his job is to make the customer fool, he should be fired without giving 2nd thought immediately.
I am going to lodge cheating FIR under u/s IPC 420 with Noida Police tomorrow morning and file the compensation case in consumer case of Rs 10 lakh, for mental harassment.
People should bycot bata
