Complain against Vodafone

Dear concern

I use blackberry services on Vodafone,one fine day i visited vodafone store(Vashi,Navy mumbai) this month and inquired about annual Blackberry rental.
To my surprise,when the bill has come,they have levied complete one year blackberry rental charge.i dont want to pay this one year charge,so reverse it on immediate basis.
