We the following residents of the above mentioned building lying at 52 West Kamalapur, 8/1/40 Aurobinda Sarani, Shivam Apartment, Kolkata-700028 since several years, but for TAX assessment as well as mutation, we had several discussion with promoters for getting the CC certificate but all our efforts are in vain. We also have applied to Chairman of D.D.M for getting real justice but till date no action has yet been taken.

As a result we are living in extremely pathetic condition, so in that circumstances we are humbly requesting for your kind attention to take necessary action against M/S BD Construction.
