Respected Sir/ Madam,
Ref:- M/s.Croma, Ahmedabad(Gujarat) – Invoice no.- 103138936 dtd.02/05/2009 for 1.5 Tone vertis Gold AC.
We have all the mails sent as our complain in voltas Air conditioners since last 3 years ( From Purchase ) regarding noise problem in our indoor unit.At present i am suffering problem for not getting proper cooling and there is some continue heavy noise after starting of AC. This noise is disturbing us during sleeping.(as compare to other companies as they r more silent than this). this is becoming now horrible to this & now tired to inform you about this frequently since 3 yrs….
we have bought Ac from M/s.Croma, Ahmedabad – Invoice no.- 103138936 dtd.02/05/2009 for 1.5 Tone vertis Gold AC
complaing about this problem since dated – 17/6/2009 ( Next month from purchase ) to all higher authorities of VOLTAS but till dated none of them had given any time in solving this problem inspite of complaing every year regarding this.
We have all SERVICE REPORT CARD , MAILS sent / Received as proof with us but nothing is sloved recently.
For the last one month, we contacted Mr. Samir & Mr. Dhanesh from voltas regarding this but they strictly told us that they would not attend us to solve this complain as its worthless & they dont want to waste time on this. Now a days they are not giving any response on our calls also.They are trying to make us fool by telling that it’s a problem of Air from the starting – installed the unit.
Its very funny to listen from them that An Air can also make noise in Ac.
We also told them to replace or exchage our AC but they are not ready to listen us from starting.
More over their service man also told us that this problem was in every Voltas 1.5 tone VERTIS GOLD AC, so the company had stopped its manufacturing also. but still the person like Mr. Samir & Mr. Dhanesh are not listening to us.
So now we are really feedup from this & request you to help us in solving this problem as now we had decided to go to
Gujarat Consumer Court & solve it on legal based process. All type of Expenses for the same to your a/c. only.
