COMPLAIN AGAINST AIRTEL POST PAID CONNECTION DEPARTMENT

DEAR CONSUMER FORUM,

WITH REFERENCE TO THE ABOVE MENTIONED SUBJECT, I WOULD LIKE TO SEEK YOUR HELP AND GUIDANCE FOR THE ABSOLUTE INCONVENIENCE FACING FROM AIRTEL POST PAID CONNECTION DEPARTMENT.

THE CASE IS AS FOLLOWS: –

1. MY AIRTEL NO. IS 9712930921
2. I HAVE LODGED THE COMPLAIN FOR SEVERAL TIMES IN CUSTOMER CARE DEPARTMENT FOR CONTINUOUS AND CONSISTENT INCREASE OF BILL AMOUNT WHEN THE USAGE OF THE SAME ABOVE MENTIONED MOBILE NUMBER IS NOT AS COMPARE TO THE BILL AMOUNT FOR CONSIST THREE MONTHS.
3. ON CALLING TO CUSTOMER CARE FOR THE SOLUTION, THEY FORCED ME TO FIRST PAY THE BILL AMOUNT AND THAN TALK FURTHER.
4. NOW THEY HAVE STARTED CALLING ME FOR PAYMENT, I TOLD THAT I AM READY TO PAY THE AMOUNT BUT FIRST YOU SOLVE THE QUERY I HAVE REGISTERED SO UPON THAT THEY STARTED USING ABUSED BAD WORDS.
5. THEY STARTED CALLING MY FAMILY, FRIENDS, AND SURROUNDINGS MENTIONING THAT I AM NOT HAVING MONEY TO PAY THE AIRTEL BILL SO BE AWARE OF YOUR RELATIONSHIP WITH HIM. EVEN THE SAME CALL WAS GOING TO MY MOTHER, SISTER, FATHER, WIFE AND THEIR SURROUNDING CIRCLES.
6. USING ABSOLUTELY THIRD GRADE BAD WORDS IN ALL THE CALLS RECEIVED.

I REQUEST YOU TO PLEASE HELP ME IN THIS MATTER. I AM READY TO PAY THE AMOUNT MENTIONED IN THE LAST BILL RECEIVED BUT AFTER RECEIVING THE SOLUTION OF MY QUERY AND APOLOGY LETTER OF ALL THE MISBEHAVE FROM THE AIRTEL COMPANY.

ALSO LET ME KNOW IF I WANT TO FILE A CASE AGAINST AIRTEL WHAT ALL THE PROCEDURES TO BE FOLLOWED.
