COMPLAIN AGAGINST CHIEF MANAGER AND MANAGER CREDIT

I want to lodged my complaint against the Mr.Khanna (Chief manager),Mr.Sarvesh shrivastav(Manager Credit)PUNJAB NATIONAL BANK,Sec-2 Shastri nagar,Meerut-250004[U.P]Branch.

My name is Ankit Puri. I am Proprietor in my co. “ANZ PACKING SOLUTIONS,Add-77 Saipuram,delhi road,Meerut-250004(U.P)” PUNJAB NATIONAL BANK account number C/C:4009008700001063,T/L:400900IB00000026.
I have been running my current account with your bank since last 2 years or so. Even our saving bank accounts of all family members are also with your bank FROM LAST 13 YEARS, in all we have around 15 accounts at your PUNJAB NATIONAL BANK,Sec-2 Shastri Nagar Branch. We have even refferred to our many relatives to open their accounts in PUNJAB NATIONAL BANK where ever they live.This is just because your bank holds such an great name & fame in hearts of people of India.
We have been running so well with you & everything very fine for so many years.

I’am really sad to say that due to wrong behaviour of Mr.Khanna and Mr.Shrivastav i have applied for takeover of my loans to bank of baroda,now my loan was took over and your dues were cleared accordingly by bank of baroda.Now Chief manager has put my account into NPA,of which all the dues have been given to your bank timely,last time interest+principal of amount Rs.80,000 was deducted from my accounts on 30-march-2012,and Mr.Shrivastav confirmed that your all dues are cleared for this year.I have paid all the installments timely.
But due to harrasing and insulting behaviour of both the managers and i decided to shift my account,I just want to ask that as per RBI guideline my account cannot be NPA as all dues are cleared and account is operational.

Please help me in the following issue as my business is being severely hurt and ask them to issue me a certificate of actual status of account.
