I would like to inform you that I am Subhash Chnadra Jha is Customer of Bharat gas (OORJA GAS AGENCIES ) and my customer number is – 6106 bring some problems that I am undergoing into your notice these are as follows :-
1. Gas booking has various troubles such as when I book the same then your officials’ say that gas is not book before 26 days.
2. That they provide after booking of lapse of 26 days they provide gas almost after 12-15 days more.
3. And the disastrous part is that when I was taken the gas connection then I have meet a only one cylinder and he saying the next cylinder will be meet after six month now I want to apply for next cylinder of this I have visited several time of gas agencies.
For they don’t provided me the form even for applying another gas cylinder
If you do the same I will be highly grateful to you.
