Dear Sir,
I would like to request you to help me to get back my lost amount.I booked my round tickets online through Travelchacha agency on 22 May 2012, from Agartala to Guwahati for 28th May 12 and returning on 1st June 12. Returnimg ticket was ok but for onwards journey I have got my ticket in my name(Mr. David Dutta) but in the system it was updated as Guwahati Dutta for which I was not allowed to travel by that ticket. I informed at that very moment and they accepted their mistake and assured me to refund the money as early as possible. But till today they have not refunded the same. Whenever I call they say we have processed it but never rfund the money. Kindly look into the matter and help me.I have attached all the communication with them below.
