Name of company/service: Competent Motors Mehrauli
This is to inform you that, I have given my car (A-Star) DL5CH 4416 for service to Competent motors Mehrauli service station dated 17/06/2012 and they have identified that, there was vibration in the car while putting the car on AC mode.
To rectify this problem they first changed the wiring and than EPI but the problem has not been sorted out and On 01/07/2012 evening At 7:pm they handover the car and I have taken it by trusting on your company’s name and paid the bill, but after running 7 to 8 km I am still facing the same problem and there is same vibration.
My question is that if your employees does not sort out the problem and changed the parts without identifying the problem and charged the bill Amount Rs 28,359/- apart for this they have filled the petrol 20 litres, I don’t know what they have done with that much petrol, If you are charging that much amount than you must sort out the problem instead of making money.. and I requested them to pls stop making fool by changing parts and charging money
I Requested company to provide me complaint no. but Customer service executive is not giving me a complaint no.they just give me mail id.
My request to you is to reimburse my money, which you have charged extra for all these parts and repair the car. Three weeks time is too much…
Now they have replaced the New ECM (which they fitted) with the old one and refusing to reimbure the money.
I have all the proofs and bills and my car is worst condition because of Competent motors..prior to this car was in better condition
I have marked mail to Mr.Deepak Saini (Territory head, Maruti Suzuki)but he is not taking any action
