This is to inform you that I have purchased Go Air ticket ( PNR NO 671Q34) through Yatra . com on 23 Feb 2017 for our family(6 members) tour. YATRA REF NUMBER- 24027202791. Departure date was 7.10.2017. which was the return date of our tour from Chennai.
But unfortunately I have received a massage from Go air airlines on 21.9.17 that the flight has been canceled. the reason quoted by the Airlines ‘ THE CHANGES DUE TO ISSUE BEYOND OUR CONTROL’
I have contracted with mentioned no. The representative offers of that authority told that they will return the whole amount or will arrange a flight within 30 days. After prolonged discussion with them they offer us flight at 8.10 AM on 8.10.17 next day via Port Blair.
we asked to arrange our accommodation on 7.10.2017 at Chennei. But they denies.
So, finding no other alternative we have to arrange air ticket for 7.10.2017 from other air lines through Clear-trip (Trip Id no – 17092142030) by almost paying double amount ie Rs 37362.00 for 6 members vide Indigo (PNR NO -U7NWML). We have Go Air airlines on 23.2.2017 Rs 17022 through Yatra. Com.
Finally, Go Air Authority refunded Rs 17022 throgh Yatra.com on 28.09.17.
Under this circumstances, We have forced to pay double amount in-spite of booking tickets 8 mounts before due to cancellation of flight by Go – Air authority where no faults from our end.
We need your help so that we can get compensation.
