company forcing me to pay bill wrongly imposed on me..

With due regards, I like to say that I purchased a 3G Postpaid SimCard
No. , i.e., 9999711873 ,along with Vodafone USB stick ,i.e, model no.
– K3770 on 24 /10 /2012 from one of vodafone store in Lajpat Nagar area in
New Delhi at a price of Rs 1950 ( with benefits of data usage of 3 GB
per month for three months period ,post usage of 2p / 10 kb ,
including the price of USB Stick ).

Since the time, I bought and purchased the 3G simcard ,I have been
continuously facing lots of problems in using the 3G service.
Initially, I wasn’t able to use the 3G service at all. Whenever, I
tried to use it with the help of USB stick on my laptop, it showed me
the message on my screen that the 3G services are not activated at
this no. In fact, I tried to contact to vodafone customer care numerous
times at the nos., 111 , 09811098110 , but all the time vodafone
representative told me that I need to contact their nos., from any
postpaid or landline telephone . I tried that also but the rep at vodafone
customer care again couldn’t resolve my problem in a better way.

Further , later on , I sent my queries and problems related with 3
G Services through e-mail , but it didn’t worked for me.

Then , finally , I visited vodafone store from where I had purchased the
simcard and requested them to help me. They then checked my no.
details and then told me that sorry for problems, but now you can use
3G services for data usage.

So, finally , I started using 3G services from 09 / 11 /2012 on my
laptop. Then again ,I faced problems in connectivity .Most of the
times, I again wasn’t able to connect to the internet. But , somehow ,
I managed.I was able to use 3 G service only till 16/11 /2012 on my
no. After that , I wasn’t able to use the 3G services since then.

I have received a bill at my address ,stating my data usage
for November 2012 month for an amount of 3026.11 approximately. I told vodafone team that I have used only 3 GB data usage that’s under my plan I
purchased and haven’t crossed that usage limit.

This can be confirmed from the fact that I have also created my
Vodafone account login details on vodafone website, and I have checked my
bill as well as data usage on my account details too. It is not
showing any data usage more than 3 GB ,that I have already paid for,
while I purchased the plan. It clearly showing that I have only used
data of 2925.96 MB on my no. (i.e ,nearly less than or equivalent to 3
GB data usage , for which I have already paid for ,as under my plan.)

I am totally exhausted and understood completely that vodafone company
Vodafone has nothing to offer to customers and is really not working
in a moral and right way.

after november 2012 month,i had asked the company to stop all services of 3g on my no.,yet they didnt helped me in deactivating my no.
finally ,due to repeated requests ,the vodafone company finally deactivated my services in dec 2012.after that the vodafone kept on sending me bills with addition of late bill payment charges for dec ,jan feb. ,despite my services were deactivated ..

now, the company is asking me to pay the bill for their data usage repeatedly ,though i havent did that much usage .

i am now very helpless what to do next .please help me to free from this trouble .i seek your best support in this regard..
