i mohideen badusha taken reliance number on 25th january 2011 8657666786
on july 16 i change my number frm gsm to cdma services of same reliance company .till that date reliance to reliance free pack was activated but without my permission they deactivate the pack and charged for reliance to reliance call and send the bill of 750 i paid the bill but in july they charge 2112/- and bard my outgoing facility i went to reliance web world they told me to pay 1000/-during this period i made a call to customer care on many occassion to activate the r-r free pack facility they have taken request but facility is not activated till today and they are charging for it and again they have generated a bill of 1818 out of which maximum charges for r-r they are accepting their fault but they are not ready to reverse the charges they are saying that they will adjust the amount in future bill now i m not in a position to bill and i want to convert this number to pre paid from post paid kindly look into the same i m feeling cheated in this regards
i hope that action shall be taken against them immediately to avoid my worries
