This is third time I had given my laptop to Vintech Elctronics System Pvt. Ltd. Pune a HP Authorised service center.
on 10th April 2010 for the same issue about Adapter problem, Last token number is 19801 (and previous to this token number is 18249).
In previous two time they replaced Adpeter, As they think Adpter problem.now in Third time, its a problem with replaced Adapter but your technician team told me its a mother board problem and this time they told they replaced mother board,
They kept my laptop on there service center for more than two weeks, they given me laptop back on 14th April 2010, and told me issue resolved. But my problem is still same. if I am starting working on laptop, and used adpater provided to me.
My Lap to is not charging the battry, its just providing the supply to laptop. For this issue, I complaint continiously third time, but still my problem is same. I dont know how the technecian team of vintech is working on the consumer issues?
how much time I have to visit Service center for the same issue. My Laptop was in warrntty till 18th April 2010. I had given my laptop for this issue on 10th April 2010.
I have taken back my laptop on 24th April 2010, but my problem is not resolved by Vintech Service center. now suggest me, what should I need to do, is this kind of service HP providing to the customer?
Please suggest me how can my issue will be resolved, they problem is still same?
