Please find attahced my ticket scan copy , we have booked two ticket fro AC BUS from Amravati for Tushar Travel trough their agent ( govind Travels at Amravati) and they took Rs. 1700/- for two tickets from Amaravati to Pune dt. 24/11/2012 Bus timing was 7:45 P.M. on 24/11/2012 when we reached by 7:00P.M. bus came late i.e. around 8:00 P.M. and there was issue in AC they tried but AC was having issue some how we depart from Amravati by 9:15 P.M. without AC ,
Without AC we felt uncomfirtable and due to late in timing they stop bus for dinner by 12:00 P.M. again duse to this we gone through terrible circumtances.
When I talk to concern person Mr. Mahindra he told mr to take Rs. 400 for two tickets ( each ticket Rs. 200/-) but when we reached Akola their were ready to give only Rs. 100/- I would like to put case against them in “Consumer court” need your help.
