Cmplaint against ICICI Bank

Name of company/service: ICICI Bank

Dear Sir,

I make a transaction in ICICI bank ATM but it not completed yet. But the amount has debited from my account. We have make lots of complaints in ICICI Bank customer supports but they are not agree to refund the amount.
