CLUB MAHINDRA
It is a place where even the professionals and doctors get cheated..
Our trip to virajpet was ok where I met a marketing executive named shubham Choudhary who had come to my room and explained me about club M Select ,about how it give priority to members by giving more then 40 % discount to customers ( bakra ) like us even in place like orange county.
After my family getting completely brainwashed over the club m select ,they told me I need to do compulsory upgrade to purple ,listening to him I did the payment after 2 weeks they upgraded me to purple .
Inbetween I got a mail saying on my red membership also I can upgrade ,I waited for club m select for 3 months then I paid 1770 rs for the upgrade on my red membership and got it, later to realise it was worse then any of booking portals.
Please be aware that club Mahindra rooms are also sold at all booking portal.
I am already a genius member is booking.com but I got carried , the prices were all 25% higher in club m select.i realised it was only to upgrade my membership to purple .
Pls don’t get carried away by CLUB MAHINDRA ON THIS CLUM M SELECT.YOU ARE ONLY GETTING FOOLED BY THE MARKETING EXECUTIVES ESPECIALLY WHEN YOU VISIT THESE RESORTS.
I will also narrate my experience of today that happen to me in gangtok club Mahindra .
We had booked 2 rooms on our purple membership for gangtok 2 months back ,they had smartly confirmed by one room and not the other so I kept calling my marketing manager shubhum choudhary who had upgraded my membership who said confidently wait it will confirm.
We started our journey believing club Mahindra from Bangalore to darjling ( where we had tried club Mahindra in purple and it dint confirm ) after 3 days we left to gangtok .We were 5 adults and one 3 yr old child ,2 were senior citizens above 70yrs.
Our iteneriary was confirmed for the sightseeing and taxis were all booked .
When we reached gangtok at chilling temperature of 5 degree, it was 20kms away from city ,uphill with no safe drive just to realise that these crooks had not confirmed my booking , there was a manager named Summit who received us and very disgustingly replied that these club mahindra guys send customers like this without confirmation and we suffer .( but I think it was a scam to woo us )
It was a junk place with no wifi ,there were 3 other people who were complaining ,and one of them told me that the purple thing is a fraud upgrade .
When I got upset and got a little rude considering there were senior citizens with us,he gave me wifi to book somewhere else and I did ( initially he said it is holiday place so no wifi but suddenly then wifi signal he got onather scam) later the most rediculus thing happened they left dogs on us,those were reared german sheaperds.We were petrified and literally ran away from that place and settled down in a resort named yangthang group which welcomed us very well though the LAST MINUTE booking costed me a bomb.
Pls don’t believe these fraudsters club Mahindra, their upgrdes and CLUB M SELECT.I AM FORWARDING THIS TO ALL MY DOCTOR GROUPS, KNOWN LOCAL AND POLITICAL GROUPS.INDIAN MEDICAL ASSOCIATION WEBSITE AND FACEBOOK.
Pls share it as much possible and prevent professionals and all citizens of our country “not to become SCAPEGOAT by these so called clubmahindra”
I am pulling this to consumer court if proper apology or compensation is not given
