Clear case of cheating

Dear Sir/Madam,I purchased Casio watch from one store from rohini @ 2900 rs on july 10 and ask for free laptop bag which customer get on purchase from any purchase from 2000rs to 5000rs ,dealer refused saying as such no scheme came to them by company and ads are coming on all where .I am contacting Casio people by mail ([email protected])given on watch box from last one week but only one time guy abhimanyu cald and given excuse that i will not get watch as this is old lot material and we have scheme on new lot ,my question no where on advertisement they mentioned this .When sale can happen for old stock and i get warranty form this date then how stock get old.I wrote three four mails to them but no response came . i request forum to pls take action against them .
