Claim pending from 05.05.12

Name of company/service: Employee staff insurance corporation

Dear Sir,

I have submitted my claim on 05.05.12 at ESIC hospital, old H. B. Road, Ranchi.

From 05.05.12 to till date every alternate day the staff are saying your claim file on process. Each & every time they are giving a new excuse. No body is taking responsibility. My claim amount is around Rs. 1 lac & my salary is not good enough to return those who helped me on the time of emergency.

Please help me out if possible at your end.
