Name of company/service: oreintal insurance
I have a two wheeler policy of oriental insurance policy no. 231495/31/2012/2188 . I have my claim amount to be paid by company and I suffering from this from last 24/04/12. I have submitted all the documents. I have also written a letter regarding this. I have sent mail to their customer support and chief manger of customer service. But I didn’t get any proper response. They are too lenient with their work. I am calling to the concern person who is processing my file but she is giving lame excuses. The service of this company is too bad, not bad its worse. Truly their aim is customer satisfaction but with harassment. More they harass the customer more they completed their aim. I suggest everybody not to take this company insurance otherwise u will also experience this kind of worse service and will suffer this kind of situation where nobody is interested to do their duty.
