Dear Team,
I have a two-wheeler policy(9202712312003006) of my BAJAJ PULSAR 150 DTSI ES DL9SAE8932 & I was meat with an accident on 18-May-2012 & the case has been submitted to Reliance General Insurance under (2121066261) but this company has giving me a mentally harassment since the date of submitted the CLAIM now Its one months has been past & claim is yet to be closed.
When I had a word the appointed Surveyor (Virender Prasad) he has give me the date again & again but I have already submitted all the concern bill & documents by 07-June-212 & after I was concern to the Delhi area Claim Manager(Charu Tyagi)& she gave the the surety on 16-June-2012 that your claim will be in your bank account by next Monday but when today when I was contact to her again she give me another date till next coming Thursday.
I have send many times mails under references no(2409188;2445949;2446023 & 2424760 )to Reliance General Insurance mail ID ([email protected]) about the behavior of the claim department with the customer.
But there is no action taken by the concern department.
Now I would request to you please look into the matter & do the needful & provide me my CLAIM.
