i took a loan from citi financial on 15 dec 2006 of rs 89000 i have to pay it in 36 months but i payed the full loan amount in 24 months only and i got the N.O.C letter also.they commited that they will charge us 17% reducing but they charged 29%..they blackmailed me because they were having my blank signed documents..now after three years when i applied for a loan in some bank,,they refused me saying that your name is in cibil report and you first clear your issues with citi financial..i ran to citi financial but they said we are helpless,i called cibil and they said that we cannot do anything until the citi financial wil update your account..citi financial is not helping me,,please do the needful as soon as possible.
