This is Sameer Jain with Credit card No: 4339 4800 0030 6041, I have already paid the due of Rs 500/- in 2009, but in CIBIL my rating is written off, Rs 500/- was the only transaction through this credit card, I have paid online on time, but due to error from your end it didn’t reflect, then i called your customer care and they took my request and after 3 days payment was credited to my card account. Even though I made the payment on time in consecutive month. Please do the needful.
