I have requested CIBIL for obtaining CIBIL Credit Report, in online within which my credit card account was debited with the report generation charges. How ever after debiting the account CIBIL application claims that your personnel details provided is not available with them hence can not generate report online. I got an email from CIBIL to courier the personnel details to them, though I send those details (including credit card statement). I didn’t get the report till today (almost 3 months now), still getting the same mail to re-send the personnel details again and again. My question is if CIBIL online application already knows that my personnel details are not available with them, why should they debit my account?
