Chroma Washing machine w/in 1 year warranty period had a gear assembly breakdown. Complain lodged w/helpline since 25/May number DEL260513FS00039. Part to be replaced. Complain escalated till Chroma NCR area manager – Mr Sriram Mobile number -08588869601. Till date faulty part not replaced inspite of repeated reminders & escalation of issue.
