I had purchased Sony make BRAVIA LCD KLV-22BX320 TV, While purchasing Sny dealer JAYANT Commercial Corportion, 140 Navi peth Jalgaon 425001, told us we will get 4 GB pendrive, at the time of fixing price when we told it is available @ Rs 14500/- with pendrive in local shop but we want to purchase from dealer , he told us he can give it @ Rs 15000, at the time of installation we could not find 4 GB pendrive in the box, we went to dealer, he said he reduced price hence he will not give pendrive, He never told us that he is reducing price by not giving pendrive, we requested him but he refused to give us pendrive.Then we lodged complaint against him with Sony customer care, [email protected], they gave us login no.& asked us to submit invoice scan copy , which we sent .They must have talked with the dealer as we got phone call from dealer, saying that why we complain? we are spoiling his name, also said that when we reduced price we must have told you that we will not give you pendrive, (actually he never told us)no after raising complaint against him still he is saying that he will not give us pendrive,sony India customer care also now not responding.I requested them to send me pendrive on my addres or ask dealer to give us pendrive but now ther is no responce from sony india nor from dealer. This is not a matter of simple Rs 400/- pendrive but a matter of cheating .
I request through this forum that stop such type of cheting of customer & give me my pendrive which was on this TV as a scheme by the company. Soni India should look into this matter & give us justice.
