i have ordeered furniture from daulat furniture ,1373,shukravar peth ,bajirao road,nava-vishnu chowk,Pune-2.for which I have paid advance payment of the furniture on 27-May-2012 and then as Owner of Daulat furniture was not delievering the furniture for 1 month on repeated request and reminder over phone and personal requests we finally asked him to refund my money to which he gave a cheque of Rs12000/-. dated 21 june 2012 cheque number 369383 of Pune merchant’s cooperative Bank.This cheque was bounced and due to non payble of my amount i am not able to buy the furniture and other commitments.As per the Court’s section 138 i request you to take stringent action against the properiter so he doesn’t cheat honest man’s hard earned money
