Please be aware of Chennai Packers and movers , they lie , cheat customers like anything , I booked them to relocate home items i asked them for a closed container type truck and they agreed for it and they assured the same day night delivery at the destination , it took 3 days for them to deliver and they used a open truck against the closed container they promised , they collected 5k extra for closed container delivery and denied refund of the extra amount too , they have agent kind of fellows who book transits and while booking they give false commitments and later they deny , and when we speak to them trying to escalate things literally they are not understanding or allowing us to explain too , the fellow who cheated us is Vinoth and the fellow who supported him from head office is Balaji , please be aware of this company , without our knowldege they open and shift items along with other goods they book around the destination area , because of this they delay or shuffle our items along with other shipments they book.
