Name of company/service: Tata Sky
Tata sky promised to give me free installation and set up box when they wanted me to reactivate my ID after is was idle for 2 years. When they connected my box they found out that is was damaged and now they are charging me for installation and the set up box. I have spent nearly RS 1000 for calling them on a daily basis for a follow up but no one seems to bother.My television is switched off for nearly 2 months now as no one is ready to help or solve the problem.Please help
