We bought a data card no.9352234592 from Bikaner in Feb2010. When I bought it was told that this data card is the best product of Reliance and in service industry. it will give best speed as well as best service of Reliance. But I found data card has the worst speed even one can not open Google or gmails. Till one year i was suffering but thinking that this is a best product so must be problem with my laptop which was not right. After one year when i bought new laptop i found that it is actual problem of Reliance Datacard. I contacted Reliance customer care on Feb’2012 but till time my problem not resolved. At end they said it is actual problem of the data card that this card can not provide more speed then this.
I sent many mails and reminders to Reliance and Mr. Ambani and all top management people but problem not resolved even MD office’s staff misbehaved with me. their customer head was worst when talking to me.
Mails sent to the CEO, etc. but till date not resolution given, even new data card for which REliance took another rs.1200/- is also disconnected stating i have outstanding on two connections so they disconnected my data card wherein this outstanding does not pertain to me.
looking for a resolution.
