Cheating through activating Unwanted services for three times in a row

Name of company/service: Videocon GSM Mobile Services

I am Abhishek Bhattacharya,holding an connection in your network,9074656524.I am using the same since last an year or so.Yesterday i got a message in my cell that your jokes facility has been activated in your number,& as per my knowledge i have not yet asked you to activate me such kind of service.

And the very bad thing for which i have to use such kind of language is that form yesterday i am trying to call you customer complaint number 198 & not even getting any kind of response.At least i have tried for more than 30 times but yet didnt got any response every time the auto generated voice replied our V-help, executive is busy & automatically the call gets dis connected.

So is this type of service the company like Videocon is providing when the market is providing MNP etc facilities??
What i expect?

I need complete explanation regarding the issue discussed above.

    i have purchaed a micromax X505 handset on 27/05/2011, after some days it’s touch sensor has dead i contect to customer care for the same but they said me that i should go to micromax service centre so i went to motihari, bihar services centre they said to me that we don’t have the touch sensor what has been dead so we are helpless. after some days i came back delhi and went to laxminagar services centre to solve this problem they say me it will take 10-15 days because i did not had any option so i left that handset to sevices centre on 25/10/2011. i went again to service centre on 15/11/2011 for receive my handset but they told to me that it has not repaired so it will take 1 week more. i came back and wait for 1 week and i went again on 24/11/2011 they told me it’s not prepair so you will visit when you get our call to services centre. i got the call to micromax service centre on 26/11/2011 on the base of talking on call on mobile they call me same day for receive handset up to 5.00pm. i arrived to service centre at 4.30pm and i found services centre had been closed, after enquary to nighbrow i got that we don’t know the time table of this office. i stand there 30 minuts there was many more customer also came on the base of call. at 5.10pm they opened the door of services centre and said to submit the job sheet who got the call for today. i submitted my job sheet then they said it not repaired so i have to wait. i just call to customer care excutive of micromax they told me just make a talk to any employee of services centre but no one agree to attand the call after many request an employee attaned the call but after it they said to me that it is not my fault you have to wait. sir i wnt to say u i am an employee and have to take a leave to visit to services centre. sir the services centre number 011-40507941 but this number also not receive any call due to that i got update status about my handset and get my handset as they call me to receive. thats why i can not receive any updation of my mobile. sir it has been take already more than one month. Sir i am totaly mentaly disturb and hopeless. please help me sir for that i will always thankful to you. my cotact number is 9718711517. my handset model is micromax X505 and it ‘s IMEI No. is 910526603624753. sir my complent no. of micromax customer care is 241115248. sir pleas pleas help me.
