Sir, I would like to inform u that I have ordered a smart phone which after using a week giving problem like camera not working n phone lagging. So I had visit mi service center at girish park name Kolkata infotel services. They check my phone and told it will take one week to repair my phone as the parts need to be change. So I drop my phone for repair. Now its almost two week passed by but my phone not yet repaired. Upon asking them when should I got my phone repaired. They were not talking properly n telling it will take long time. Even they aren’t receiving my calls. Below are the details of my phone , redmi 4 – 4 GB RAM and 64 GB ROM purchase date 3 rd Oct 2017. From mi store. Invoice no 1171805155 invoice name – MD Shiraz. Requesting you to please look into the matter. As I m feeling cheated by xiomi mi store.com as they send defective product .
