cheating one marriage hall

dear sir,

I am from coimbatotre, last year december month fixed marriage for me , and i booked one marriage hall name of BMN locally on december 2011,booking date is 22.08.12,hall advance amount is Rs.30000/- and the febraury my marriage canceled for some reasons, we contact to the hall manager said the reason ,and given to the cancellation letter, they agreed the amount refund when another bookings and advance amount,but now the hall is booked but they did not give my advance amount ,
