At present I am using a M Blaze USB Internet modem for connecting to the internet. The plan currently opted for is supposed to give about 3mbps for upto 15gb and 144kbps later. However for the past 5 months after usage of only 5gb or so of the total 15gb, internet speed is less than 100kbps. Several times complaint has been made, yet there are no actions taken by MTS. Customer service is not responding to any of the complaints, yet before and after data card recharge their CUSTOMER CARE calls to ask me to recharge the card but not take any action against the speed. PLS take appropriate action against these FRAUDSTERS
