Cheating of wayver

My airtel number registered on my name is 9971194186. My total pending bill ws rs 3278 and i got a wayver of about rs2680/- . I was being told by a senior supervisor to not to make the payment of rs1100/- untill wayver doesnt get cleared as on 23 oct and now my services have been barred without any prior information . Being told by an airtel supervisor ms harshita she is denying to resume the services and tells me to make the payment of wayver that is 2680/- ..and she also informs me that the wayver is not being resumes in past 10-12 days because it ws systems error and thre leniency of not looking into the matter

Please get this thing solved as it is cheating from airtel end
